Try to redownload the cache files. A link for these is here for you: https://forum.bayarearoleplay.com/announcement/9-server-information/ (just one of the server cache downloads) Download the files, go to your Documents - GTA SA user files - SAMP - Cache, delete your folders from there and add the cache IP folder into there. Would most likely fix it.

Try re-installing the cache files provided by Giga to fix the error:

https://gigabitz.pw/files/bay_cache.zip

Instructions to install cache folder properly:

1. Extract the ZIP compressed folder.  Change the folder name to "149.202.65.98.7777"  without quotes.
3. Copy the "149.202.65.98.7777" FOLDER (not the files inside) to [Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/SAMP/cache]. This may vary if you changed your cache storage from your SA-MP client settings.
4. Connect to the server.

Hope i've helped if not leave a reply.

You need to log ingame with your UCP name, not your ingame name, that's why it closes connection every time.
For example "Asteris" , not "John_Smith".
