[LUMBERJACK] Fallen trees respawn

This is the scenario that players would often do when lumberjacking. 

 

1. Player X cuts tree (/lumberjack cut)

2. Tree falls.

3. Player X leaves the area or quits without collecting the logs. 

4) When this happens, the tree is still 'restricted' to the original player that cut it. With that being said, the tree could remain there until the next server restart meaning someone could go, cut all the trees and no-one would be able to do this job.

 

My suggestion is the following; rather allow player Y to cut player X's tree after 20 seconds of the tree being down (fallen) or simply after the tree has fallen it re spawns again within 50 seconds.

I prefer the latter. Just have it set to where you can cut the other persons tree after 10 seconds. Fuck 20. The reason I say that is

1. Most people doing this job by now have key binds

2. Even without keybinds the CMD is simple enough to type with-in 10 seconds of cutting the tree down.
