/talk should be permanent on loop - Talking shouldn't stop anims

As the title mentions, /talk is a group of animations that are for chatting, which is perfect, but the sad thing is that they're not infinitely looping as they last about three or five seconds.
Animations in general stop (/stopanim-like) due to talking. This can be annoying or repetitive because you have to apply the animation you're using (/sit for example) to keep your character in that spot. The only workaround is /low.
