VIKTOR'S LIFE STORY:

Viktor Tsepov - Introduction

Spoiler

Viktor Tsepov was born and raised in the former Soviet puppet-state, Ukraine, in the capital Kiev in the late 70s. Viktors father, Nikolaj Tsepov was a notoriously corrupt business man, who was head of one of the Soviet Union's biggest security firms. His father had secret ties to the government and quickly rose to the high ranks, and he was careless when it came to the firms affiliates. Just like Stalin in the 20s and 30s, Nikolaj fired everyone who disagreed with him, and some of his biggest political opponents was known to mysteriously disappear. As you could imagine, Nikolaj was not the most caring person in the world, and this rubbed off on young Viktor. At the early age of 12, Viktor was mostly hanging out with a couple of friends on the street, not having any money, he had to find a way to make some money to sustain his lavish lifestyle he had already acquired. Viktor was very fond of jewelry and watches, and loved the thought of living like his father did. Viktors father, Nikolaj, only took care of him until he was 11, where he spoiled him with everything he could, everything from limousine rides to school, to watches, goldchains, everything he wanted. But a week before Viktor turned 12, his father had decided to marry his mistress, and leave Viktor and his mother behind, to fend for themselves. Viktor was already addicted to that lifestyle, and wanted to continue for as long as possible.

Viktor Tsepov - Early life

Spoiler

Viktor, aged 13 now, had finally gotten a job as a cleaner at a mechanics workshop, and desperately worked long hours, and in the weekend, to support himself and his need for wealth, but he wasn't going far getting 4$ an hour. Then the unthinkable happened, the Soviet Union collapsed into 15 different countries, leaving Ukraine in economical ruins. Viktor was fired, and his mother was unable to pay rent now, and their house was up for auction. They were now incredibly poor, living off of nothing but bread and water in a rotten, cheap hotel room. Viktor was desperate for work, and determined not to become like his father, however, the possibilities were very limited. One day, out of nowhere, Viktor was contacted by an employer at a mechanics repair shop, who wanted to hear if Viktor had a job. "No", Viktor replied. "Do you know where X Mechanic shop is?" the employer asked. "I guess", Viktor replied, and the employer told him to meet him down there. Viktor walked to "downtown" Kiev, and waited outside the mechanic shop, which was looking like every other mechanic shop, nothing special about it. Viktor knocked on the large gate, and a man approached him, asked who he were, "Viktor, your employer called me", Viktor said, and the man immediately unlocked the gate, and held it open for him. Viktor found it strange, but proceeded inside. A large man, probably 300 pounds approached Viktor, shook his hand, and explained he were in dire need of some more workers. After what seemed like an ordinary job interview, Viktor started working there.

Viktor Tsepov - The Work

Spoiler

After working for a couple of months, his employer approached him in the mechanics shop. "See that van over there? Deliver it to this address", he said as he handed him a piece of paper with an address on it. "What do you mean deliver the van, I'm just gonna leave it there?" Viktor asked. "Yes, just leave it there." The employer dug into his pocket and fished out a couple of hundreds of Ukrainian Hryvnia (The Ukrainian currency) "For the bus ride home." Viktor nodded took the cash, then asked "I don't have a drivers license though, what do I do if I get pulled over?" "You won't, don't worry", the employer replied as Viktor nervously approached the van, entered it and was on his way. He arrived at the address, and Viktor stepped out. "Hello?" he yelled. Nobody replied. He left the van there outside of what looked to be an abandoned warehouse, looking suspeciously around for anyone. He waited for the bus to arrive, and when it did, he stepped on it, laid out the money for a ticket, and the bus driver looked at him with a very surprised look, just like he recognized Viktor. The bus driver nodded, and handed Viktor a ticket. "That was weird", Viktor thought for himself as he sat back in the bus. When he arrived back at the mechanics shop, he asked what was in the van, his employer looked at him and said "Thank you for delivering it, Viktor", as he withdrew a large stack of cash and handed it to him. "What's that for?" "Payment", he replied. Viktor took the cash and thought to himself of what was in that van. Viktor decided not to ask anymore, since his employer was very elusive when it came to answering the question of what was in it, and Viktor caught the hint. He kept delivering vans back and forth for over a year, and had gathered a lot of money doing it. Viktor never asked again, and didn't look for what was in the back of his trunk, just minding his own business. Soon, when Viktor was on the streets of Kiev, he was a very recognized face, but not because he actually knew the people that were greeting him, because on the news was Viktors father, Nikolaj. "A high ranking member of the former Soviet security firm, has been arrested. His name, Nikolaj Tsepov, has been linked to several disappearances and money laundering for millions." Everyone knew Viktor was Nikolajs son, and soon gained a reputation of being just like his father, although he didn't understand why.

Viktor Tsepov - Notoriety

Spoiler

Viktor had been working for the mechanics shop, delivering vans atleast once a week, and getting a huge payment for it for over a year now. He was getting wealthy, and started going back to his lavish lifestyle of having tonnes of jewelry, chains and expensive watches. The people around him noticed that, and grew even more suspecious of Viktor, thinking he was following his fathers footsteps of being a criminal, flaunting his wealth. One day, while out delivering another van, he was suddenly pulled over, but not by a regular police car, but an undercover high-end car. The man in the undercover car approached the van, and Viktor rolled down his window. "Good evening officer, what seems to be the issue?" he asked. The officer looked at him, turned around 90 degrees, reached for his radio and mumbled something. "I'm gonna have to ask you to step out of the van, sir". Viktor looked around and said "Why? You can't just say that" "Get out right now" the officer replied, and Viktor agreed and stepped out. Viktor was put in handcuffs, and shackled into the back of the undercover car. "Why are you doing this?" Viktor asked. The officer looked at him in the rearview mirror, not saying anything. "You are breaking the law, handcuffing me and throwing me in back here, Viktor said, as the officer suddenly started gaining speed. Viktor looked behind the cop car, and a large jeep was following them. The jeep started ramming the back of the police car, forcing it to pull over to the side. "What the actual fuck" Viktor yelled, as he looked at back at the vehicle. Out of the jeep stepped out 4 men, all wielding pistols except one, who were carrying an post-Soviet weapon, an AK-47. They approached the officer in the car who had given up at this point. "Kindly release the young man in the back of your car", he said to the officer. The officer agreed, not saying a word. The 4 men in the jeep carried him to the back of their jeep, and asked what had happened to Viktor. "Who the fuck are you and why have you taken me?" Viktor frantically said. "We're affiliated with your employer" the men said, and it was at this moment Viktor knew, he had been dragged into some deep shit. Soon Viktors face was all over the news. "Son of notoriously corrupt businessman and murder, Nikolaj Tsepov, Viktor Tsepov, has escaped from police costudy. Witnesses say a large jeep full of masked men rammed the police cruiser and freed Viktor from the police car, enroute to the police station after getting a warrant to arrest Mr. Tsepov." Viktor knew that he had gotten himself into trouble, after getting recognized as the street and people acting respectful towards him, but this was in a whole different ballgame of being fucked. "I'm fucking wanted now" Viktor thought to himself as he decided to go underground, and lay low for a while.

Viktor Tsepov - What to do next? A summary.

Spoiler

After Viktor had been underground for several years and notifiying his employer, who agreed that was the best thing to do, Viktor decided to re-emerge from hiding, but was immediately recognized again, and the manhunt now began all over. "Viktor Tsepov has been spotted once again after years of hiding". Viktor knew he had to flee the country, so he fleed to Belarus, and lived there for several years, when he was suddenly caught by the police in his apartment. The police dragged him in their car, and took a bag over his head, and drove him to an unknown location. Viktor had been apprehended not by the police, but the Belarus' version of FBI, where he suddenly met with all kinds of high ranking officials, who he had no idea, were just that. Fast forwarding 5 years, Viktor had been given the responsibility of a security agency for the countries top leaders, including the Dictator of Belarus at the time, which sounds awfully similar to what his father did. It seemed like everyone had forgotten that Viktor was a wanted criminal, a fugitive from Ukraine. The security agency Viktor was head of was not only protecting high ranking officials, but also notorious criminals who were working alongside the government, in providing a steady stream of income of drugs and illegally sold weapons to other post-Soviet states including Ukraine and Estonia. Remember, during this time, all post-Soviet states were immensely poor, and plagued by corruption. Viktor found himself shipping everything, drugs, weapons and even people over the borders. Eventually he was caught by other nations at the border, after getting tipped off from a spy within the Belarus government. Viktor was arrested for the first time, aged just 24, by ironically, the Ukranian authorities, who intended to sentence him for up to 10 years, but as Viktor had some of the best lawyers in the world by his side, he was let off easy. He was sentenced 3 years for possession of 20 kilos of dope, and intentions of distributing weapons. His lawyers managed to get the human trafficking charges dropped, alongside a single murder that was linked to Viktors organization. After leaving prison, he decided to leave east europe, as he could barely move over the borders legally, and unable to start over again. It seemed like everyone had forgotten about him once again, and who he were. Nobody cared anymore, now he was just a regular person with a dirty background, except in the eyes of the authorities.

Viktor Tsepov's Modern Day Experiences

Chapter I - Viktor Tsepov - Released.

Spoiler

After Viktor was released from prison in early 2005, he returned to the streets, living at an old friends house on the couch, living a miserable and poor life. Viktors mother had now cut ties with him, because she were ashamed that Viktor turned out exactly like his father did, despite her warnings. Viktor were incredible poor, but because Viktor were creative when it came to ideas on how to make money, he constructed the perfect plan. He knew hospitals had large cans full of nitrious oxide, so he came up with a plan on how to acquire them. Viktor intentionally got into a fight, and the next day went to the hospital to see the doctor. The doctor was gonna take x-ray pictures of his arm, and while he were out waiting for the pictures to develop, Viktor located the large can full of laughing gas, carefully dropped it out the window, waiting for his friend to pick it up. Genius plan, and it worked. Viktor then snuck out as well, never to return to the hospital again. Viktor purchased basic party balloons, filled them up with the nitrious oxide, and sold them at parties. Each balloon would be sold for approximately 15$, which wasn't much, but considering he could sell up to 50 balloons on a friday night, it was enough to keep him going, for the time being. Eventually the law caught up with Viktor, and he was now infront of the jury, once again, in Ukraine. The jury's verdict? 120 hours of community service. Viktor was once let off again easy, because of the lawyers he knew from his previous arrest. After serving all 120 hours of community service, Viktor wanted to leave Ukraine because of his reputation there.

Chapter II - Viktor Tsepov & Feliks Akrylov.

Spoiler

Viktor Tsepov managed to illegally get himself smuggled to Bulgaria. A country Viktor was very fond of, and believed it was full of opportunities. However to Viktors surprise, there weren't any opportunities. Like any of the other former Soviet satellite states, Bulgaria wasn't that different from Ukraine, or Belarus for that matter. Viktor was at the bottom of the bottom, once again. He got a job as a newspaper delivery boy, a humiliating job in Viktors eyes. He was getting more and more depressed, feeling as everything was against him. Unable to get a proper job for the third time, and living, once again, in a cheap, rotten hotel room. Viktor suddenly got a brilliant idea. He was a very charismatic and pursuasive type, and thought he would use this to his advantage, manipulate people into taking care of him. Taking him in their home, feeding him and what not. Not a lot of pride in that, but Viktor was desperate. Viktor went to a local pub in Sofia, Bulgaria, to find some victims.

Viktor sat at the bar, ordering a single shotglas of gin. He glared around the pub, looking for any interesting people, and through the door, a young man walked in. He looked horrible to say the least, he looked like he had been depressed, crying and was really down. The young man approached the bar and sat down 2 seats away from Viktor. The young man rested his head in his palms, as Viktor skipped the seat, and sat next to him. Viktor engaged in a conversating with the man. What's your name? Feliks, the young man replied. Viktor then asked him what Feliks was doing there. "Women you know..". Viktor knew where this was going, "2 shots of gin here, thank you". The waiter handed Viktor 2 shotglas of gin, and passed one of them to the Feliks. "Bottoms up". The conversation went on for over half an hour, and they were both getting a bit more than tipsy. "So uh, have you got a job? Are you taking an education?" Viktor asked. "I've been studying economics for quite some time now, and uh, I've become pretty good at it. I know everything there is to know about the stockmarket, and economics in general" Viktor saw this as an opportunity. Knowing that Viktor was great at acquiring money through both legal, and illegal ways, Viktor decided to ask more regarding what Feliks knew about economics, as he was genuiely curious and interested. Feliks was more or less an expert at economics, and they soon exchanged phone numbers in the pub, and agreed to meet later on.

Chapter III - The Call. Viktor Tsepov & Feliks Akrylov.

Spoiler

The man was strange, yet fairly intelligent. He didn't seem educated, yet he spoke and communicated in a very sophisticated manner and seemed to know a lot about much. Who was this man, and why did he start talking to me? Feliks looked down into his phone, in the contacts - Zapodlo. Feliks was no stranger to the meaning of the word, but who names themself that? Feliks shrugged and shook his head, closing his phone and lighting a cigar.
3 hours later, by 11 PM, the phone was calling. Feliks, who was awake at his dinner table took the phone up and looked at the screen, "Zapodlo". Feliks answered and was met by the same, calm voice he had experienced the night before in the pub.
- Hello Feliks, hopefully the hangover has easen up. I've called cause I want to talk to you.
- Hello indeed mister. What is it that you wish to talk about?
- Ehem, I'd like to meet you in person in order to talk, it feels better.
- Okay...? Should we meet at the pub or maybe at your place?
Constant coughing and the voice would slightly change into a somewhat more confused and stressed way, he continued.
- Ah, I was thinking maybe I could come over to your place and we could discuss it there? If that's fine with you ofcourse.
- Yes, ofcourse,- My address is-..
- I'm on my way. Viktor hung up the phone.

Weight: 78 kilograms
Interests: Stockmarket, Money, Jewelry

Early Years

Feliks was born the 7th of July, 1984 in the small town of Mglin, Russia. Both of Felik's parents were well paid workers and caring people, which led to him having a good and stable childhood. School was no match for him, and after that he had finished and graduated from elementary school, he was called into the army for mandatory training. After 1 year of military training, Feliks decided that it was time for him to pursue his career and therefore, applied for the university in Moscow, where he would be studying economy. After 3 years of hard studying and dedication, at the age of 22, Feliks graduates from university and is now a grown man with a good education on his back. Proud as never before, he is ready to take on the world!

The Decision

During these 3 years of studying, Feliks had met the supposed love of his life. Her name was Katarina and was an exchange student from Bulgaria. However, she went back to Bulgaria after her exchange period were over, so Feliks decided not to leave this opportunity behind. Within a month of graduation, Feliks had packed his bags, kissed his mother goodbye and boarded the flight to Sofia, Bulgaria. Feliks left all of his connections and all of his establishments to pursue his career, and to spend time with the love of his life.

Happy Days

Feliks and Katarina moved together in 2006 and lived happily in an apartment in central Sofia. Feliks had gotten a job as an accountant at a local company and was very pleased with his job, whereas Katarina was the chef at a local school. They were planning to try and have kids and were also planning to buy a big house in the outskirts of the city. The two got married the 30th September the same year.

A turn for the worse

After 3 months married, things did however start to change. In the beginning of the new year, Feliks was very occupied with his work, seeing that all of the final reviews were supposed to be done, and he often had to work extra just to be on schedule. He also had to start planning for the current year, which made his job even more time- consuming and demanding. Simoultaneously, Katarina was at home, just waiting for Feliks to come home from work so that they could spend time together. Though, the time apart took its toll on the couple and Katarina started to be out on pubs and meeting up with friends more seeing that Feliks were never home. Even though this was no issue at all, Feliks felt jealous and their relationship became worse and worse for each day. Eventually, the two split up, and the divorce came the 30th of March, 6 months after the happiest moment of their lives. Katarina moved out, and Feliks was left on his own in his apartment.

The Aftermath

The divorce hurt Feliks mentally and he started to feel worse and worse being alone. He displayed anger at work and were unwilling to help others. This lead to his suspension a month later. Feliks was left with no job, an expensive rent to pay and no steady income. The money he had would do no good for him for a long time, and would not be able to sustain his expensive lifestyle that he had gotten used to. This is where Feliks became out of balance. He didn't apply for a new job, since he felt so scarred from the divorce and the loss of his previous job. He didn't go out and socialize with friends or others, he mostly sat at home. What he did do however was to start smoking an excessive amount, whilst sitting in his apartment, studying the stockmarket. Eventually,  he'd go out to a local pub and sit there, just for the feeling of doing something else. Feliks discovered a big interest in the stockmarket, and understood the correlation more and more for each passing day. However, money were low and the rents were not payed, he had to figure something out fast.
