The Mongols, sometimes referred to as the Mongol Nation or Mongol Brotherhood, is a "one-percenter" outlaw motorcycle gang (OMG). Under the guise of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, a legal organization of members with a shared interest in motorcycles, the Mongols have established an international organized crime syndicate which is involved in narcotics manufacturing and sales, illegal firearms trafficking, robbery, extortion, and murder, among other crimes. The Mongol Brotherhood is currently headquartered in Southern California where their main presence is as well and the club is still in active war with the notorious motorcycle gang Hells Angels. The club has charters in fourteen states as well as international charters in Scandinavia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Israel, Australia, Mexico and San Andreas.

The Mongols have notably had wars, brawls and for lack of a better term, "Disagreements" with a rival gang. That rival gang is the notorious Hells Angels. In a constant tussle for claiming their bottom rocker as California, sparks have erupted and caused drastic explosions, multiple times. Multiple occasions the two gangs have clashed resulting in the mauling, shooting, stabbing and some times even bombing of rival gang members.

In 1969, in Montebello, CA, Hispanic Vietnam war veterans formed the club after they were refused membership to the Hells Angels due to their ethnicity. The Mongols name originated from the Mongol Empire, and the club emblem is a representation of Genghis Khan, the founder of the empire. The club is associated with the colors black and white. In the first five years, the Mongols established chapters in Los Angeles, San Diego, Bakersfield, Long Beach, and the San Gabriel and San Fernando valleys. Their numbers grew when they began to recruit members from Hispanic street gangs. The club is primarily Hispanic, although there are some groups of white and Native American members.

Mongol chapter from San Fierro, San Andreas getting stopped by the San Fierro Police Department after a bar fight with a rival club

In September 2012, a multi-agency taskforce involving members of the San Fierro Police Department (LSPD), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), the San Andreas Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), San Andreas Department of Justice and the San Fierro County District Attorney's Office was formed. Its primary purpose was to reduce the criminal activities of the San Fierro chapter of the Mongols MC.

In October 2012, the task force launched an elaborate operation using confidential informants to purchase firearms and narcotics from Mongols members and associates. Working with local and out-of-state members of the task force, one member of the OMG was arrested for narcotics trafficking, with over one kilogram of powder cocaine seized.

In one case, a DMV employee was found to be accessing DMV computer systems to create fraudulent identities that were used by club members to purchase firearms. Another investigation took down an influential member of the Mongols after he was arrested with a gallon of Phencyclidine, commonly known as PCP. Working closely with the DEA, an additional six gallons of PCP were seized in Phoenix, AZ, and linked to the gang. Seizures by the LSPD and ATF throughout this investigation netted a gallon of PCP, 77 gross grams of powder cocaine, 51 gross grams of crack cocaine, 121 gross grams of marijuana and ten firearms. Additional seizures from several associates of the Mongols include six gallons of PCP and 500 gross grams of powder cocaine. These cases are being prosecuted in Arizona and New Mexico.

Confiscated weaponry, narcotics & money after a raid in San Fierro, two Mongol members were arrested

In December 2012, the District Attorney's Office successfully prosecuted 17 members of the Mongols OMG. Charges included narcotics violations, including sales of cocaine and marijuana, firearms and assault weapons violations and violent crime. Additionally, an abatement lawsuit was filed to remove the property used by the gang for their criminal activities.

As a result of the arrest and subsequent incarceration of the majority of the OMG's members, including its leadership, the San Fierro chapter of the Mongols MC was closed. Members of the chapter who had been lucky enough to survive the operation were forced to seek membership in the club's chapters in other cities. A small few of the club's most dedicated members, however, refused to leave and became "Nomads," members without a chapter. Not bound by geographical territory, the Nomads moved from place to place, acting as hired muscle for other chapters and gangs, but all the while attempting to restart the chapter. As Mongols members began to be released from prison, they regrouped with their lost brothers to ride again. The Nomads refused to abandon their loyalty to the chapter until the day their empire could be rebuilt.

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
SITUATIONAL INFORMATION REPORT
Potential Criminal Activity Alert
San Fierro Division

29 September 2017

(U//LES) Return of Mongols Outlaw Motorcycle Gang to San Fierro

(U//LES) According to reliable FBI source reporting, the Mongols Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (Mongols) have established a new chapter in the San Fierro area. There has not been a Mongols presence in the region since December 2012, when the chapter was closed as a result of a major police investigation. It is believed that Mongols have been operating in the San Fierro area since mid-November 2013. Already, the Mongols have been identified as the suspected perpetrators of several violent crimes, including the beating death of Lester Henningway, an associate of the Cobras Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (Cobras), which was committed by an unidentified Mongols member in full view of the Cobras and Red Bushidos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (Bushidos). Several Mongols affiliates have also been arrested in possession of guns or drugs.

(U//LES) Believing that future expansion efforts of the Mongols will put them at odds with both the Cobras MC and Red Bushidos MC, in addition to rival street gangs, FBI source reporting implied that additional conflict could occur if the Mongols continue to challenge other criminal enterprises dominance in southern San Andreas. Further, because the Mongols have already established connections with drug and gun suppliers from their previous residence, the Mongols will waste no time in attempting to reestablish local trafficking rings, specifically methamphetamine and marijuana production and distribution.

(U//LES) FBI source reporting indicates that the Mongols President is Diego Fonseca a/k/a Demon, a previous member of the San Fierro chapter who was also a part of this new upbringing as the vice president. Additional gang leadership includes Vice President Rodney Ward a/k/a Bones, also a previous member of the San Fierro chapter along with Diego, Thomas Kessler a/k/a Jarhead and Gary Espinoza a/k/a Caballo, all sporting the 100% Mongol patch on their leather cuts. Other known members were seen patrolling around the back streets of San Fierro, all low profiling members without road names given or earned yet. The Sergeant-at-arms and Secretary-Treasurer has not shown any presence in San Fierro but with further investigation, It will be found out. Monitoring by local law enforcement is recommended to ensure accurate information regarding OMG trends and events.

Out Of Character Information:

V4BzNTD.jpg

The Mongols Motorcycle Club(MMC) portrays a realistic outlaw/1%er motorcycle club. We aim to accurately portray a motorcycle club that previously existed in the local area but due to legal issues, they were disbanded and recently started to ride together after case file prison sentences and/or fleeing and coming back to their mother chapter. With veteran roleplayers sitting on the hierarchy of this club, we are more than capable of providing anyone and everyone interacting with the faction, whether it be with another criminal faction, the state police, or a civilian attending an event an enjoyable roleplay scene with the utmost realism.

We strongly advise individual roleplay whenever possible. If you put in the time, effort, and character development for your up and coming name. Members of this faction are not here to spoon feed you roleplay or baby sit you whenever you're online. With enough dedication, any hang around can get a chance at prospecting where we really look at you and your character. Like a trial status, if you continue doing well, you will get into the faction in no time. Here are a few tips from us to you;

  • Read information related to Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs onto this website: http://www.rcvsmc.net/.
  • Don't be a retard. Fuck-ups get fucked up.
  • Don't stop trying to join just because we tell you to fuck off. You'll probably here it from us at least a hundred times before you get into a conversation with one of us.
  • Hang around the bar even when we're not there. Hook up with some other hangarounds and create some RP.
  • Show off your roleplaying skill when we're around, but don't be overzealous. Do your own thing; if we like it, we'll approach you.
  • Research - Harleys, hogs, engines, motorcycle clubs, laws, terminology, and whatever else you think might pop up.

We have set up a little cool thing called a club on these forums. These are closed groups with their own topics and what not, like a secret section for those invited into the faction. Once made a prospect, you will be invited into that closed club and join in on the discussion. Besides the closed group, we do have a discord to keep up-to-date quicker and able to talk freely among friends and other faction members. You are able to join it here: https://discord.gg/gM6GgUw

Anyone wanting to come hang out with us, talk about the faction, ask questions or even are interested in joining, feel free to join in and speak with us! The discord link is set to not expire so feel free to send it to your friends or whoever is interested in roleplaying with the Mongols. Anyone is welcome as long as they do not bring any past/present drama with them. All BA-RP rules still apply inside there. Any info, updates, future events or general announcements about the faction will be posted on the Discord's announcement tab with appropriate mentions.  Please keep in mind anything on Discord is strictly OOC communication and will not be used for any in character advantage.

Any questions or need more information about the faction, feel free to let one of the 100% Mongols know on Discord or send a personal PM to myself, Panda, Jay or Mario.
